We are excited to have opened in late 2017, Mandoon Estate will have its very own, unique accommodation. Our spacious luxury rooms are perfectly placed overlooking the majestic Swan River and the historic 1895 Verdelho vineyard.
With 32 rooms in total, guests will have a choice of layouts making this a desirable choice for wedding parties, corporate guests or those wanting a leisurely retreat in the wonderful fresh clean air of the Swan Valley.
Features include free wifi, dedicated car parking and easy access to the estate s innovative restaurant, cafe, cellar door, contemporary functions centre and picturesque vineyards and gardens. Each room is equipped with a desk, private safe, wall mounted TV, tea and coffee making facilities and each room boast its own private alfresco sitting area. There are also access and interconnecting rooms available on request.
Mandoon Estate is located at Caversham in the Swan Valley wine region just a couple of kilometres north of historic Guildford, the only National Trust classified town in the Perth Metropolitan area.

CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS for ALL arrivals we require full payment on arrival if not already paid. We also require a credit card on arrival to be used for pre authorised as a security bond against additional incidental charges. Thirdly photo ID that matches the booking name and card being used for payment and pre authorisation. If you are arriving AFTER reception hours ie 7pm YOU MUST contact us direct at the hotel by phone or email for IMPORTANT pre arrival briefing and pre registration information and a KEY ACCESS CODE. FAILURE to provide may cause forfeiture or cancellation of your booking or refusal of a key at time of arrival or left out for you in the instance of late arrival.

BREAKFAST HAMPERS available from Monday to Friday, pre-booking needed one day prior arrival date and it will be delivered to your room between 07:15am to 07:30am.

WEEKEND BREAKFAST : available from 07:30am to 10:30 am at the homestead brewery, menu a la carte.

HOMESTEAD BREWERY DINING A completely modern, clean and fresh approach has been taken with our brewery and food options. Grab a pizza, some tapas, a refreshing ale, sit on the deck overlooking the vines and relax. If it is hot in the valley, we pump up the air conditioning and turn on the spray misters outside. FINE DINING Executive Chef Michael Hartnell has created an imaginative menu set to impress. The restaurant offers diners the ultimate fine dining experience that includes an imaginative menu served in a calm, stylish atmosphere. Diners may choose from either an A la carte menu or a specially designed degustation menu, specially designed incorporating local and seasonal produce, carefully matched with our award winning wines and beers. The restaurant is well appointed with views overlooking gardens and vineyards.

If there is a short wait on the day you can always pop in to our Cellar door for a wine tasting or just take a drink out into the Beer Garden while we get your table ready.

We have 2 Deluxe Wheelchair Accessible ground floor rooms with roll in showers and grab rails in the easy access bathrooms. ACROD parking spaces are close by to the external walkways. The Estate restaurant, bar, cellar and function centre areas have accessible ramps to ensure ease of access as required.

Childrens Facilities:

There is a set of childrens play equipment adjacent to the public beer garden area. If booking accommodation, we have a supply of baby equipment on request.

Perth Airport Terminals are well sourced with taxi cabs at most times of the day even taking in to account there is no curfew, hence flights arrive at all hours..
Mandoon Estate is located in the Swan Valley right on the banks of the Swan River at the start of the wine growing area, so whilst the air is beautiful and clear here we a little out of the way and not well served with regular airport shuttle buses.
If a Taxi Cab, Uber or similar for transfer is not to your choice please arrange with the helpful reception staff prior to your arrival for a chauffeured sedan or limousine, we will need full arrival information and a credit card.
If travelling from the Perth CBD area Guildford train station is 7kms away and the nearest station, then a short ride in a car from there. Public buses do service this area but are infrequent, they also service the Guildford and Midland areas, so a short car ride from there might also work for your arrival.
